The school year is off to a great start! Luke is in the Palm Tree room at FDCA and so far he really seems to love it. His teacher is Ms. Tammy, whom Cade had a few years ago. We adore her and we are hopeful that it will be a great experience for Luke! It was an extra special start to the year for Cade as he started kindergarten this year. He was SO excited for the big transition to "Mommy's school" - well, we were BOTH so excited for the transition. :) He has an excellent teacher and his year is off to a fantastic start - he's making lots of friends and adjusting very well. He reports that his favorite parts of the day are lunch and recess. He's VERY, VERY tired by the end of the day so the evenings are a bit difficult, but I'm certain he will adjust with time. Being able to bring him, and eventually Luke, to school with me - seeing him in the hallways, peeking in on him at lunch, in the library, etc., is truly the biggest treat! We look forward to what the year will bring for both of these sweet boys!
